In class we read the story "ONE" a Teacher's Choice Award book by Kathryn Otoshi about bullying.

In this story, there was a color named Blue and he was always bullied by
Red.  Red would say, “I’m hot and you’re not,” and Blue would feel very
discouraged. The other colors would always try to cheer and brighten him up by
saying that he was a nice color, but they never stood up to Red.
Then one day, One came along and said jokes to all the colors. Everyone was
laughing and having a good time until Red saw what was happening. He yelled,
“Stop laughing!” Everyone stopped laughing except for One. He just stood tall like
an  arrow and said firmly, “No.”
When Yellow saw this she turned to a two, Green turned to three, Purple
turned to four, Orange turned to five, and Blue turned to six! Red couldn’t stop
them from having a wonderful time anymore because they would just stand up to
him.
Red got so mad he rolled and rolled and felt so small. He thought about how he acted to
all of the colors and he admitted that it isn’t good to bully. So, he turned into a seven and
became friends to everyone.
I learned that it’s not good to bully and if you are bullied, stand up to the bully.
