Dear Parents and Students:
I hope you had a great Spring Break. April is a busy month, but also a rewarding time of learning. Last week both Grade 5 classes went to the Vancouver Museum to enrich their understanding of the history of Vancouver. There will be another field trip to Science World on Friday, May 31st. Parent-volunteers are needed to drive for this field trip.
Over the next few days there will be a number of rehearsals in preparation for our school's musical on Thursday, April 25th. Grade 5 students are expected to attend BOTH the afternoon and evening performances. Please read carefully any information in the school's weekly newsletter concerning the upcoming rehearsals.

April 26th--Student Council promotes an all-school DEAR DAY
April 30th--Grandparents and Pastors Day

May 20th--No School (Victoria Day)
May 30--3 School General Meeting
May 31st --Science World Field Trip
Information about the Victoria Field Trip on June 13th will be provided later in May.
